"CHICKEN THIGHS"

This recipe is where it all started!

So simple and so good!

We include this in our dinner rotation weekly ;)

Works great on the grill or smoker or you can bake them in the oven too.

TO MAKE  (serves 4)

Preheat grill to 375 degrees

2 lbs chicken thighs

(our go to is the frozen thighs from Trader Joes, Costco sells them too)

Dibbs on This Original Blend Seasoned Salt (to your likeness)

TIP: you can season defrosted thighs before grilling

If cooking frozen to grill, then season when you flip them

Arrange chicken thighs directly on grill grate,

close lid and cook approx 15 minutes,

then flip for approx 10 min more or until

internal temperature reaches 165 degrees

ENJOY!
